Orchestration Engine

For teams already running a self-hosted orchestration engine. Someone to call when it breaks, the enterprise layer the open-source build does not ship with, more throughput, and a way off unmaintained software.

Orchestration Support

Someone to call when your self-hosted orchestration engine stops.

A self-hosted, open-source orchestration engine is free to download and entirely yours to operate. There is no vendor phone number attached to it, which is fine until a workflow queue backs up on a Saturday or a release ships a dependency fix you need in production this week. We provide named engineers on a response-time commitment, keep your cluster current through the release train, and apply security fixes without breaking the workflows running on top of them. Your team keeps owning the platform. They stop being the only ones who understand it.

What it means for you

Production reliability without hiring a platform team, and no single engineer who cannot take a holiday.

Orchestration Hardening

The enterprise layer the open-source build leaves to you.

A self-hosted orchestration engine gives you the runtime. It does not give you the things an enterprise security review asks about: who is allowed to run which workflow, where the API keys live, how a login maps to your identity provider, what the audit log looks like, and who gets paged when a queue stalls. Most teams end up building some of that themselves, badly, in a hurry, the week before a review. We build it properly: access control, a secrets path, single sign-on against your identity provider, audit logging, and the dashboards and alerts to go with it.

What it means for you

Your orchestration cluster passes the security review instead of becoming the reason a project is delayed.

Orchestration Scale

Past the throughput ceiling.

A modern orchestration engine scales horizontally, and most clusters that feel slow are not short of servers. They are held back by the persistence layer underneath, the indexing strategy, queue configuration, or workers that poll in a way that wastes most of their effort. We measure where the time actually goes, tune the layer that is costing you the most, and tell you honestly when the answer is a different architecture rather than another tuning pass.

What it means for you

More throughput from the cluster you already run, and a clear number for what it will cost to go further.

Orchestration Migration

Off unmaintained software, onto a maintained release.

Open-source orchestration engines sometimes get archived or forked when their original maintainer moves on, leaving teams running code nobody ships fixes for anymore. If your cluster still tracks one of those abandoned lines, you are carrying that risk every day it stays in production. We move you onto an actively maintained release, version by version, with your workflows running throughout. If your requirements have grown past what self-hosting can reasonably give you, we will say so and help you evaluate a commercial, fully managed platform instead.

What it means for you

Supported software underneath you, and a straight answer about whether to stay self-hosted or move to a managed platform.

Workflow Rebuild

Fragile process logic, rebuilt to last.

The process that runs your business is probably spread across cron jobs, a workflow engine nobody has upgraded in six years, some custom code and a script one person wrote and still maintains. It works until that person is away. We consolidate it onto a modern orchestration engine in phases, with the old path and the new one running in parallel until the new one has earned the traffic.

What it means for you

Process logic the whole team can read, change and own, instead of one person's institutional memory.
