IBM solutions

IBM platforms hold the data, the decisions and the transactions. We carry the work across them, so a process that starts actually finishes. Five solutions where that pairing earns its keep.

Agent Control

Let AI act, without losing control.

An agent that can only answer questions is safe and not very useful. An agent that can place an order, move money or update a customer record is useful and frightening, because the moment it can act, a crash halfway through leaves real damage behind. We run every agent action as a durable workflow. Each step is saved as it completes, a retry cannot repeat an action that already happened, high-value steps wait for a named person to approve them, and the whole run is recorded.

What it means for you

Your agent pilot can move into production, because you can show your risk team what it is allowed to do, what it did, and who approved it.

Event Backbone

Events that finish what they start.

Most agents and automations act on an overnight extract, which means they act on yesterday. We stream changes out of your core systems as governed events, so a payment, a claim or an order shows up as it happens, with a schema, an owner and a trail of where it came from. An orchestration layer subscribes to those events and runs the process they should trigger. IBM acquired Confluent in March 2026 and now offers it alongside MQ, webMethods and watsonx.data, which is the same shape as this solution.

What it means for you

One governed stream your teams reuse, instead of another point-to-point integration every time someone needs the same data.

Transaction Integrity

No half-finished transactions.

A single business transaction can touch anywhere from three to ten systems. Stock is reserved, a card is charged, a shipment is booked, a decision is applied, a record is written. When step four fails, the first three have already happened, and someone spends their morning fixing it by hand. We model the whole transaction as a saga in the orchestration layer. Every step has a matching undo, every call carries an idempotency key, and the transaction either completes or reverses cleanly. Where a business rule sits in the middle of that chain, IBM ODM makes the decision and the orchestration layer carries the steps on either side of it.

What it means for you

Fewer orphaned records, less manual reconciliation, and a transaction trail you can hand to an auditor.

Mainframe Forward

Keep the mainframe. Modernize the work around it.

The system of record is not the problem. The problem is the layer of batch jobs, nightly files and brittle queues that grew around it. We leave the core transactions where they are and rebuild the work surrounding them: z/OS Connect APIs in front of CICS and IMS, MQ where guaranteed delivery matters, and an orchestration layer running the process across them. One interface at a time, with the old path running alongside the new one until it is proven.

What it means for you

New services reach mainframe data in seconds instead of waiting for tonight's batch, and nobody has to approve a rewrite of the system of record.

Sovereign Deploy

Modern orchestration, inside your own walls.

Some work cannot leave the building. For regulated industries, data residency rules and procurement teams who will not sign for a US-hosted SaaS, we deploy the whole orchestration platform on your own Red Hat OpenShift, built as code so you can rebuild it without us. The same cluster then runs your containers, your orchestration layer and your agents. For teams facing a VMware renewal, this is also the destination: OpenShift Virtualization runs your existing virtual machines beside everything above.

What it means for you

A platform that satisfies your auditors and your data residency rules, on infrastructure you control.
